In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund of the booking amount. We will also offer alternative dates or tours where possible.
Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. The deposit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
