At UnV Vacations, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Cancellation by Customer
Up to 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 25% processing fee.
15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
14 Days or Less Before Departure: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by UnV vacations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund of the booking amount. We will also offer alternative dates or tours where possible.
3. Changes to Bookings
Changes by Customer: Any changes to bookings (dates, destinations, etc.) must be requested at least 30 days before departure. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes by UnV Vacations: If we need to make significant changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. The deposit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations or changes to your travel plans.
